FAQs
I’ve signed up for my pre-plan appointment, what happens next?
We’re so excited that you’ve signed up and we can’t wait to share our natural burial park with you. A Penn Forest Staff member will contact you within the next few days to arrange a convenient date and time for your visit.
How long does the appointment last?
A full tour of our cemetery along with pre-planning typically takes about 90 minutes to cover everything in detail. However, we can adjust the length to suit your preferences and focus on what matters most to you.
Can I have a remote appointment or is an in~person visit required?
We encourage in-person visits to fully experience our natural burial park, better understand our sustainable practices and envision your preferred final arrangements. However, if travel isn’t possible, we’re happy to offer a remote appointment without the guided tour.
Are guided tours accessible for those with mobility concerns?
We’re happy to tailor the tour to your mobility needs, whether by adjusting walking distances or providing a golf cart for a gravel path tour. For wheelchair accessibility, some areas of our burial grounds have a gravel path. If gravel is uncomfortable or your wheelchair isn’t equipped for it, we can allow a wheelchair-accessible vehicle access certain parts of the grounds.
