Come greet the fall season with mindfulness and pease as we slow down and appreciate the changing landscape. Inspired by Japanese Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of Forest Bathing involves consciously taking in the atmosphere of the forest through the senses.
Your guide, Jenifer Rune, will offer invitations to deepen your connection to the living world of Penn Forest, promoting relaxation and a greater sense of presence.
Forest Bathing walks are slow and meandering, focusing o presence over distance. All you need to do is how up. Wearing sturdy walking shoes and bringing a bottle of water is suggested.
